The electrically insulating rubber mats shall be delivered with a declaration of conformity and a PRAM test report carried out by a laboratory certified by CN TRANSELECTRICA, SC ELECTRICA SA, SC HIDROELECTRICA SA, SC TERMOELECTRICA SA, SC ELEROM ROMAN SA, CNCF CFR SA IASI.
